Rescheduling and Postponement
Services can be postponed or rescheduled at any time without a rescheduling fee. If you need to delay your project for any reason, contact me and we will set a new timeline that works for you.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your project at the time of cancellation:
Before your service start date: A full refund is available if you cancel before I have begun reading your manuscript. Your service start date will be confirmed when your project is scheduled.
After work has begun: If I have already begun reading your draft, a 50% refund is available. This reflects the time and attention already invested in your project.
After the Reader’s Report is complete: No refunds are available once the Reader’s Report has been delivered. At that point, the core service has been fulfilled.
Revision Package
The Revision Package includes two full reads, valid for one year from the date of purchase. The refund policy above applies to each read independently. If you cancel before the second read has begun, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total package price, reflecting the first completed read. No refund is available after the second Reader’s Report has been delivered.
Rush Fee
If a rush turnaround was requested and a rush fee was paid, the rush fee is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work begins, the rush fee is refunded along with the full service fee.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Please include your name and the title of your manuscript. I will confirm the status of your project and process any eligible refund within 7 business days.
All refunds are issued through the original payment method via Square.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with your beta read, I encourage you to reach out before requesting a refund. Most projects includes a follow-up call where we can discuss the feedback in detail. My goal is to provide feedback that genuinely helps your revision process. I am happy to address any concerns directly.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
